No not correct past performance shows this when investment into Ligand 1/3 ownership hit the wires the stock PPS dropped, When an investment into Maverick energy Group news broke stock PPS dropped again. That's fact and for Humbl the Hype is over. With the inevitable Dilution pending. No investors at this price wants to hold then once some preferred shares are converted and watch their investment fall drastically. So HUMBL has become buy on the dip and sell on any rip which will keep HUMBLE well under $4 and without Humbl trading much higher then what it currently is its going to keep FORW well under .50 for quite some time.
