No, ATYG is Not an SEC registrant, they don’t file to the SEC.

Plus they’re dark / defunct on the OTC as well, they haven’t submitted financials for over 8 Years - Not since 2013. They’ll need to submit financial disclosures and current info or off they go to the Grays.
