As soon as our financial statements are audited, NSAV will file with OTC Markets to uplist to OTCQB and we will file a Form 10 with the SEC to be a fully reporting company. You can say promise or guaranty, but that will happen. Just as we kept our promise to get and stay current.

On another subject, in order to qualify for OTCQB, NSAV needs an audit for both 2019 and 2020. We just completed and filed our 2020 financial statements on Tuesday with OTC Markets. Only now can the auditor begin to audit our financial statements.

And if NSAV can get two of the deals done, then even better. Have patience everyone. There are many irons in the fire and we have great professionals guiding us. This is not a 100 meter dash, but a marathon and I fully expect us to win.

As I previously stated on this Twitter handle, even if one of the deals we are negotiating with our investment banker is signed this week, it will be one of the greatest weeks, if not the greatest in the history of NSAV, at least since I became CEO in January 2016.

May I remind all NSAV shareholders of two things. First, throughout my tenure as CEO of NSAV, Fridays have been far and away our best day in terms of the market. Second, very rarely since we have entered the crypto space, has NSAV gone an entire week without a major press release

As I mentioned last week, NSAV was then and is still in negotiations with several major deals that will be of great benefit to all NSAV shareholders if and when they are signed. Nothing has changed and there is nothing to be concerned about at all.

I just want to respond to several emails about the fact that we haven't issued a press release yet this week. First, a great week or one of the greatest is not determined by the number of press releases, but by the number of great deals and partnerships signed.
