Sounds better than it actually works. TSNP
is a perfect example of that; blindsiding everyone
last minute with a 4:1 r/s, stock dropped from 1.20
to .85 when people got wind of it, and that is where the split
occurred in late Feb. .85, post split is 3.40 which is where
it still sits and it’s been a rocky road at best, and unable to
even break the $4 mark, which is $1 pre-split. I feel fortunate
that it hasn’t lost even more value and is at least holding the
post split mark, but the R/S did nothing positive for the stock,
and we now have 1/4 of the shares we once had.

plus Articles of Inc now state NO R/S for 5 years

Reverse split lose 99.99.9999% every time !
If the company can’t go up on its own merit it ain’t goin up !
If your broke and get a loan to live on , your now worse off ! Broke plus a loan to payback !
Only way to get ahead is earn it!
