That's a very good question. I find it confusing myself. Two cents brought there name up initially. I checked and they were at all the EPIC Conferences on photonics. So it looks like they are very quietly in that field also.

yes its the same company going public through the SPAC. yes the press release mostly talks about healthcare which is very confusing.
