So how does reverse split create an opportunity for capital acquisition? I think it does the opposite...locking out millions of potential investors who would never buy shares at the higher prices in start up /shell company like this one. Not to mention screwing all current investors out of millions of shares and the leverage they had before with the smaller PPS....not sure again how this helps anyone....maybe shorters like you perhaps who want the stock to crash with such news? SleepX is already an established company in Israel. They even already have a certain percentage of the market. 8% if my memory serves me correctly.
What reasons would they have to raise capital? Looks as if to me you missed the boat on a particular price level you wanted. You can still make some money if you get in.
