Yes indeed... we can hope that the judge will lean toward our side and if that happens possibly George might just accept a settlement but my thoughts are no less than $600k. A jury trial and if HDC can get the jury crying then perhaps we could end up much much higher. I'm all in no matter what it is my ROTH so I'm trapped.

Remember...I must say ole George or Marty did excellent documentations so if we win OMG.

Remember, Texas is totally open and next year if a jury trial happens juries will be in the court room and nothing like smooth attorneys making the jury cry extra millions of dollars over the $600k. Remember Quirks projections and I wonder why he backed away from the case? Does he know something we don't like we will win one way or another or is Quirk just thinking of himself? What actually went down??
