Meet Christopher Balmford, early investor in Helio Lending and majority shareholder of CYIO:

C. Balmford sold www.cleardocs.com (leading Australian legal documents company) to Thomson Reuters ($6B/year company.) in 2011 for undisclosed amount. Now, C. Balmford in 2020 accumulated 45,822,125 CYIO shares or 58.74% of CYIO OS.

Why in the world does an Australian investor of Christopher Balmford caliber all of the sudden care about some US based sanitizer selling company? And not only that - he wants to own the majority of the CYIO OS!!!

p.s. Do you think a $100,000/500,000 fine (if it has to be paid) is really a problem for the people involved in this company??

This is false, the Company has products being sold on Amazon. They also sell CBD Products and more. They are currently working on expanding and other acquisitions as per the latest news.
