Excellent due diligence dick globeare....I’m glad you are on the ball and that you still post on this message board...I read some of the s-1 filing. The print is so small that I can’t read it on my smart phone... doooo... can you say... in summary... in your opinion... what this means to current shareholders of a SWNM? I’m just glad the people who work for the company stopped hiding under their desk... at this juncture I’d take a reverse split just to get off they grey sheets

Filed with the SEC. the key points I liked is the share structure of SWNM the outstanding number of shares of SWNMis404,138,500. David Correa owns 60 percent which is 242.2 million shares. The rest of thevdhares are owned by IHUB members...the best part is “the company intends to apply for an OTC quotation exchange”. That HUGGGEE. ! If that happens this SWNM stock could shoot to the moon. Great news. Gooooo SWNM. I knew swnm could do it. Hip hip horray
