So, the claims that are converted to equity interest are basically going to be thrown in with our class B pool. Not sure how their shares will be determined. But be aware that whatever disbursements come our way will be divided by more than the 53 million units now.

Very nice summery of the 4th Quarter litigation Trust Report. I like the part about the slow cash burn rate ($247 K) and cash on hand ($15.5 million). This will not go away soon, so hopefully we get our distributions sooner than later. GLTA Class B LTU's
