Edit: Answering the question now... they claim they have patents and that some patents violate each others patents. Invalidate the patents of the competition, (such as $HCMC - my interjection), is a key strategy - words of the PMI CEO.

That's alll they know how to do... claim that they have patents and destroy the credibility of the claims and patents of the plaintiffss.
