I’m out of posts for the day so I am editing this post. They’re buying 5 more dispensaries and a grow, so they are getting 6 more licenses in total for the remaining balance. Furthermore, I have a feeling these last remaining Starbuds are the most profitable and biggest revenue generators of the acquisition.

If 14 per dispensery is the right number then yeah that seems way over priced. I guess the general rule of business is a 2 year return? So they'd have to be bringing in 7 a year? I'm not big on finance so anyone feel free to lay some numbers out.
