Zero revenue is not materially worse than zero current revenue.

Zero cash flow is not materially worse than current negative cash flow.

There is nothing on the Balance Sheet or Income Statement to impair.

If NWBO's income stream worsens to that degree then that is a material event But NWBO has no current income stream, just a theoretical future income stream. Are you saying that a theoretical future income stream is an accounting entity that can get impaired?



Yes

what are we as investors investing in? we are investing in the net value of the future cash flow of NWBO or Netflix or Tesla.
If Tesla future revenue and thus cash flow turned out to be zero in the future what will happen to its market cap? And is that what causes the cash flow revenue of Tesla to be zero, theoretically, something the reasonable investor would like to know, or can Tesla just pretend nothing is going on? Of course, a listed company has to disclose that
