My thoughts unrelated to this but here ya go, this stock has been involved in MA discussions with a collared price of 2.62, what multiplier I don’t know. The tobacco arm will be sold off at that multiple, the deal was you have to take Henry to new company. MRTP is the catalyst of the execution of MA. XXII spins off doubles down on hemp, pharma and weed.

But I could be all wrong, shall see.
