I'm not sure I understand. Shorts COULD certainly be getting out at this lower price. But shorts getting out massively should drive the price HIGHER (I think), as they have to purchase shares to cover their short (borrowed) position. Something else is causing this drift down, and then the shorts could be using this opportunity to cover?
