I can understand that - you definitely have the right to want answers. I am new around the block here, as of within the past month, so I have a little less time in the game.

Think about the dilution of shares had they taken on the financing that way? Could be sitting at over 1B outstanding shares right now wondering when the RS was going to take place...

I’ve been in the game here with you Blacklung I originally had over 5 million shares and sold and bought throughout the years. The BIG question is .
Is this just another speculative PUMP to dump and if it dumps how low does she go ?
IMO it’s too close to take the chance of selling now . It takes steel balls to be over 250% holding 2.6 M mostly free shares at this point in the OTC .
Call me stupid but I’m in for the gold !

Oh and if we don’t see news this week. I’m taking that 9hr ride to bang on the door !
