you can compare the market cap among them and find the cheap ones.

I think $ANAS, $FTGI, $DIEN, $HRAA, $PGLO, $GOFF are low float and still pretty cheap.

CBPI is the newest lowest floater. Last time in 2013 when on NYSE had a float like GSHN under 1 M. Float should be around 1 M now or less depending. Appointment is in early February and we will need SEC forms dropped shortly thereafter (so we will know more soon). No debt on paperwork either which looks even better.

Other low float plays already with appointment are GOFF ARAT ANAS SBOX VDPH few others. Goff is still going through proofs of claim to burn one larger note and settle another note. Arat is burning an old note a large one that was never registered so that's good. EXBX trying to burn shares too.

Lots of good plays out right now. Some new ones are being fast tracked for sale as well like ARAT CBPI. I'm trying to bring two tickers up from no bid but it will take weeks maybe longer. More on some receivership and foreign judgement cases later.
