Did you miss Note #4 (and #10) in the 10-Q? Samsung effectively loaned Cytodyn $34m via a "non-standard payment arrangement" not due for more than 12 months - long term on the balance sheet.

Better terms than Fife, I presume.

Chuckles,

I am profoundly disappointed. I thought for certain the revelation that Cytodyn does not list their payments for leronlimab manufacturing meant that there is a nefarious plot at hand. I started with Keytruda and Humira, but eventually looked more broadly.

I was unable to find any payments for mAb manufacturing listed in the SEC filings from Roche, Johnson & Johnson, Merck, Novartis, AbbVie or Amgen.

Geez, thought I. This must be some kind of scam. Perhaps Samsung and the other major mAb manufacturers are in some weird money laundering or state sanctioned effort to subvert the global biologics market. South Koreans and Samsung pulling a fast one!

Man, what a short opportunity! I could be the short king (is that title taken already? I’ll fight for it!!)

On top of being supremely rich by divining this incredible scam, I should get a Pulitzer for publicizing this.

Maybe even a Noble, err Nobel, in economics just because I figured this out.

Now, NOW!! you tell me that this is common practice?

I guess I’ll just have to go back to burger flipping. Short (Shorts?) lived dream.
