No king, they're not. All 40+ patents were not created in the same year. Furthermore, the creators of Remote Dynamics still hold over 20 of those patents. Go lookup William C. Kennedy III, Kenneth R.Westerlage, Larry C. Wortham, and tell them the remaining patents that they hold are no longer exclusive to them and see what kind of response you get. lol

And in case you didn't know, they're the ones that created all these holding companies (Minorplanet Systems, Vehicle IP LLC, Remote Dynamics, Iron Oaks Technologies, etc) to move their patents around. These guys like to own stuff and you better believe they also have RMTD shares.
