Drum et al, I warned you I had a bad feeling about the dismissals.She could have ruled much earlier and the fact that she didn't was an ominous sign.She hates Voip pal and she hates patent companies. This is has nothing to do with interpretation of the law, it all boils down to Koh/s prejudice.The question is why and can anything be done about it. This decision will surely keep the shar price around .01 or below for several more months until an appeal, writ, or other remedy is pursued by Voip pal. Just a damn shame.
