All I heard was that if they did it independently it’d take 5-7 years. Giving more clarity on why they are doing things the way they are and why Sharps on board.

It did just say it could take 5 to 7 years to go on NASDAQ so hey went the route of OTC to go public quicker that’s why they chose to start here
