If there's good PR. Volume will come for sure. The thing is there's multiple runners all over the place. Yesterday alone a 1000% runner. Why wait on a no runner when there's something else running 1000%. Another ticker I know ran 366% today alone. So, they'll bring those funds when news arrives. Don't expect volume now. Low volume on a down or red day is good.
Just folks making money in some places. They'll bring it with the right news and slap the asks big time.
