That's a possibility however I'm going on facts and that is what the link posted is doing. It's looking how stock has performed in past and is giving a fairly accurate PPS for 2 year time frame which is also what most investors in the OTC trade on. If no immediate increase in PPS they move on even if company is legit and has a supposed business plan.
