This is the angle Rene Schena will end up facing prosecution from.

The prosecution cannot force a spouse to testify against their spouse, but the witnesses will attest to Rene's roles in the scams.

And there will be at least two people getting on the stand and saying "Yes" we did these things that broke the law in concert with Dr Schena.
