So not only is she paid a salary of $250k a year for a company losing lots of money, but she is also awarded shares to cash out of the company.

The filings show an increase in shares not selling yet. But something about this got me thinking to review the 10K and 10Q filings and each of those filings don’t match the share amounts on the dates published. The share amounts filed on form 4 show dates of acquiring shares that aren’t reported on the 6/30 date and the 9/30 date.
