Agree with you except for #3

3. Perceived relative lack of need for pipeline drug TRV027 now that Covid vaccines are becoming available.

TRVN was trading higher pre-covid. If anything, this was a bonus that was not realized until covid, and should be adding to the PPS, and at worst, be neutral -- not taking away.
