Yes, it was good they put something out there.

I think they did not think this permit situation was going to be an issue until this latest stunt from the state regarding Army Corp permit needing a name change.

I think their hope was to be able to just go ahead and announce something once they put their hands on the "targets" from the SeaSearcher.

Meanwhile the same people who said the SeaSearcher didn't even exist are now saying there are lots of other things we should all be worried about.
