Trying to discover the point of Missling not providing “any numbers” in the PDD PR/CC.

Missling did not have the numbers. If he had them he would make them public as legally required. He PR'ed what he was given. I am guessing the CRO promised but failed to deliver the complete report. Thus the delay (for which Missling took the heat), thus the "no data" PR.

IMHO
