My thinking on the W warrants currently is that they are a source of CASH for the company and I would gladly accept the concurrent dilution. I realize it is not currently needed to make it to the full data and that Geert is going forward with plans for marketing, etc.....he seems totally confident.

Whether Geert decides to roll the price down to a mark to market price before expiration on October 28th or not is up to him, but my thought is that he could use that money for LEAPS or even just add it to the kitty for making it more attractive to a potential acquirer.

Bottomline: The warrants are not a bad thing for the price and it's not material to the current price of the stock.

I try not to get too excited, but I am hoping that I will be diligent as to when to take some profits should we get a favorable outcome on MK with a potential Big Pharma like Merck or Bristol Myers working with IMMUNOLOGY for patients.
