That a good point Tenkay, and that’s what I’m watching. I do agree that expectations should be lowered. And I am buying the debt at these levels.

They committee would have nothing to lose by going to court over this. The only ones who would have been negatively affect by it was JCP. The fact they made an agreement to avoid everything being brought out in court speaks volumes.

My guess is that the people buying is with whatever part of JCP they are buying will issue us shares Rather than paying money therefore equity in the company does not matter at all
