Here's the problem with the entire

changing the address of the beneficiary of the warranty.

THERE IS NO WARRANTY! The entire notion of a warranty was started as a fantasy excuse for the corporation BioAmber Inc changing it address. Furthermore if the Purchaser wants "organize it assets" they would do that by actually transferring the rights into THEIR name not changing the address of a corporation they don't own. But yeah I was roasted realllllllll good. LOL
