If "Rainbow Rangers" doesn't have a complete (near) 26 (half-hour) episode season 2, it will give the lawyers more ammunition in the lawsuits showing a continuing pattern of GNUS misleading investors.
I noticed the PR today doesn't outright say season 3, but it does imply it. When press releases are not explicit, it makes me wonder if there isn't something wrong.
