Exactly, Stripper! I keep getting the feeling this conversion deal isn't for us little retail guppies; it's for the big insider fish. They have a better idea about where it's going and are gonna ride this river all the way to an ocean of whales. (And get a sweet annual div on top of it.) The way I see it, we benefit from what they're doing for themselves. (The words 'loyal shareholders' says it all, really.)

Love your speculation, too. Will we ever know how much insiders converted?

Also, I doubt we'll know how much they converted in time for us to make our own conversion decisions. So, we've gotta take a bit of a risk.
