2-3 years would be a fair bet, liquidmetal expansion is expected to be ready at this point, 50 machines are expected to push 20 million parts per year, this is the starting point! Who do we have on the line to order 50 machines?

Agree. Apple has spent too money on BMG R&D for them not to use the alloys. Whether or not they advertise the inclusion of LM in any of their products is another story. They did that with sapphire crystal, so they might do the same with LM. Keeping fingers crossed.
