Bob, no worries. My thoughts were a very simplified breakdown of item #3 on their list. Where it says either they are dumping their shares (which I don’t believe). Or the are getting ready for something big to happen. My thoughts on it gapping down were based on their dilution the past few weeks.
The scenario I believe is that big news is coming shortly and they want to have their shares ready for when it does. Also possibly cleaning house so their financials look better to other company’s in the event of a partnership or something else.
