Clinical Results
Median patient follow-up time is 21 days. So far, 19
of 21 patients have survived. One death was due to
COVID-related multisystem organ failure and the
other (on ECMO) to an underlying and unrelated
encephalopathy.

Also keep in mind, although 19 of the 21 patients are alive at the time of the print, only 1/3 have been discharged.

Seven patients were discharged from the hospital, 7 sent to intermediate care, and 5 remain in the ICU
