Are you a trader yourself? Than you know the answer... a lot of people sold when BRTXQ was coming down. As you say to buy in again lower... but as a trader you just can't leave your money on the bank so in the meanwhile you buy another stock... most bought EWLL at 0.001 and above... stuck wuth a loss now hoping fir BRTXQ to stay low so they can get in again before the run.
