Better yet let’s jump a few lines up about BioAmber not being bankrupt after the termination of the CCAA!!

Its no longer warranted. Shareholders could have steped up in the Delaware court . But they were to busy spinning fairytales backed by nothing . Not one motion filed . The only shareholder that wanted to try was attacked for holding up the fairytale. LOL well after 2 years whats holding up the fairytales now ?

Reading the whole document would help instead of plucking a paragraph here and there as the order was a smack down of the shareholders’ lawyers who were trying to extend the proceedings. Scrolling up just a little would show this paragraph:
