Just for the record, I can't recall Leo ever mentioning a quiet period or NDA since CV19 started in Feb. Many of us have assumed this is a CDA situation concerning investigations, but Leo has never mentioned it or used it to escape any kind of transparency.

From the way CV investigative information has been given, that being it usually takes us all by surprise (except for the known testing of human lung tissue ahead of time), it does appear that Leo isn't chomping at the bit to put out PRs until there is something worthwhile to say and which seems in line with what the RBL/govt is fine in him revealing. IMO.

Just an fyi, I don't see backtracking in the pr's. Perhaps, some might prefer he simply cut and pasted from one to the other to get exact same verbiage?

The company is using two different RBL's for lab work. I have my own opinions as to why they aren't named and I'm ok with that.

This may be otc, but, it's a fully reporting company with a track record of clinical trials. Things have moved slowly due to lack of cash over the years This is very common in non revenue producing biotechs.

Btw, it seems we have a SCHEDULE 13G filed today.
