I have come to a xroads with xkem, I see reports like the one in your post, I see reports about SCD in Africa and I just don't understand why there aren't venture capitalists lining up to finance XKEM? Why are we still 'scampering' around looking for money when the loans should have been in place, signed sealed and delivered, before the building work started. Dr Pandey may be a great scientist but a financial wizard he aint and I'm beginning to wonder about what is going on behind the scenes.

IMO red flags have been flying for a while now, however I am going to wait to see what the new guy Ireti has to offer but if the financial uncertainty doesn't change then I will be out of here!
