IMO - Mc is less than a stellar CEO but this entire charade has been orchestrated between MDT and Titan. I truly believe that all of the lies, F-ups, promises of FDA submission was a ploy to keep PPS from going up.
How can anyone publicly state all systems go and then have operations come off the rails just (literally) weeks later ? Have you/anyone actually read that July 2019 shareholder letter ? I encourage you to review it to get a true sense of just 1 example of what we had to endure. Unreal
We still don't know the entire story and because of these f-ups, the answer is YES they have a freakin credibility problem because that was/is what MDT WANTS. Mc, our CEO's LOYALTY, rests with the suitor and not his shareholders. Everyone just looks the other way - Infuriating to me. ALL IMO
Again, I am long but not going to take a walk down the sidewalk for fear of more landmines. They have turned this into a traders stock unfortunately. After compliance, it had better be PR palooza to get those warrants in the money because why have em if ya can't use em ?
