My point is that (in this case ) the control group is all of the previous cases that are similar. Tho they may not have the data as to what cases are similar. Is it important that the groups tested are in the same time frame? Then you can throw in the variables of what other treatments are they being given. I understand the scientific method and placebo effect very well. I just do not think the placebo applys to this situation.

And statistically significant is over 5%, lol. This could be night and day difference.

My bet is people are dying on placebo and you don’t need to study the bloodwork to see the effect of leronlimab.
