This has nothing to do with wanting the price low. Look at all the deals Bobby signed obvously his lenders wanted it low and they will pull it lower for their conversion to get the best vwap possible.
To many people here focused on what bobby was telling them and not what him and his lenders were doing.
Convertibles in otc work thesame way it is no different here but again if things were going so swell LFAP would not be down 95% selling at .01
