I was told GRNF’s QB application was rejected by OTC Markets from someone in the know. GRNF not giving shareholders the real story. GRNF management is extremely dishonest you should know. Management puts out a lot of misleading information for shareholders.

On a QB application you have to sign off that the company profile is correct. Nancy Norton still shows there but it's clear from SEC filings that she's now an "unrelated individual" to GRNF.

From the 10q for the period ending October 31
"On December 9, 2019, the Company issued 66,666 shares of common stock to Nancy Norton for services rendered valued at $65,999."

From the 10q for the period ending January 31, 2020
"On December 9, 2019, we issued 66,666 shares of common stock to an unrelated individual for services rendered valued at $65,999."
