Initially I had some hope and wanted to give her the benefit of the doubt that she would be different. When she pulled the whole maybe you’ll get news maybe not BS, that was my turning point on my good feelings about her, then when she tweeted out that she thought shareholders killed her dad, that was the last straw, and knew she is mentally unstable.

BIEL needs a board that contributes to the effort of moving the PPS forward. The current board adds ZERO. Why, because Keith and Kelly are already active within the company in their employment roles, and Patricia Whelan isn't contributing anything other than filing one of the three seats. Adding additional and strategically picked business people would be more than helpful towards advancing the company.

Any meeting that won't directly generate revenue or cost savings -- either in the form of a key decision or a concrete plan of action -- is a waste of money.

To maximize the effectiveness of the board, we need to have the smartest people available in the room and the removal of those that are contributing the least.

Hmmmm, Facts show that KW shifted BIEL to an OEM Business Model not AW

Facts also show that KW tried to revive 3 Deals that AW said "No" to.

So KW did not continue her father's Retail Business Model and tried to correct her father's decisions on Dr. Scholl's, CVS, and KT-Tape.

Sounds a lot like she is making her own decisions on what she feels is best for BIEL not following "the same path as her father".
