These accounts were opened many years ago in the bk case filings when it was known there would be very large tax refunds in the billions returning to WMI.
Also, JPM would have to remit monies due to only having Servicing Rights on a portion of the MBS. No, I will not search for that filing that shows the accounts were opened for large monies but this did happen.
