USBO issued a series of press releases on various projects and objectives which management is trying to pursue but the Company does not have the necessary working capital funds ... So the press releases increase the stock price during the last 3 months ... Management then offers to buy an acquisition target for USBO stock while the stock is higher ... If successful then USBO will have cash flow from the acquired company (assuming it is profitable) to pump into the environmentally safe fertilizer business ... Sounds good!
My concern, however, is the following ... If USBO management has identified ways to dramatically increase the production of the acquisition refinery, why did existing management at the acquisition company not think of those opportunities themselves given they are in the industry ... This makes me skeptical ... Maybe I am missing something obvious ...
