The Company doesn't file anything to do that. A Form 211 to allow the resumption of quotations is filed by a willing broker.
THAT'S THE PROBLEM. After a trading suspension a willing broker is hard, if not impossible, to find. I believe that in the history of thousands of trading suspensions the number of such brokers has been in the single digits.

Johnny, I do think they will reach out to the appropriate entity and request that the entity submit the 211 on their behalf, which is standard protocol. Whether or not the entity decides to go forward with the request will be determined, in no small part, by what updated, accurate information (including audited financials - perhaps - which can take some time) is provided to said entity. I would imagine that the most significant pieces of information will involve EUA, marketing, and production capabilities. IF there is no EUA, no market, no production capability . . . well, that's about it!
