What’s your point. Are they being sued by Sawyer? Or are they suing lee?

It’s obvious that so called investors changed their mind. Only question remains did they breach a contract or not?

Ok, thanks, so they gave $2.5M to an empty, private company, unsecured I’d guess, and he turned around a signed a promissory note to EMPM and gave them part of it, $300k or so, and took off with the rest, then.

It still doesn’t address him being the majority shareholder of EMPM, but for some stupid reason giving it over to Sawyer with the control block who then turns around and sues him for the remainder of the promissory note.

Why isn’t Top Class suing him? Aren’t they out a lot more?

As long as your digging into this here why don’t you see if you can go online and get a copy of lees reply to the lawsuit. If nothing else it should explain his side of the story. For all we know TOP class was a shell to fool everyone that Lee was lining up private investors and defraud Empm. The big tell could be TOP class hasn’t sued lee like Sawyer is doing
