Linda Speak:

Similarly, we think that the careful process that we’ve gone through (i.e past tense), which was lengthy, last year developing the statistical analysis plan (i.e. The SAP was developed last year through a lengthy process). and now (i.e. now that the SAP is complete) the data collection and confirmation and cross-checking will give us the most solid basis for looking at the results.

Because everything they say is 100% consistent with the SAP not being done but that they expect it to be done.

You really need to learn Linda Speak

LP just told us at the ASM that we can expect data lock within about 6 weeks. If the SAP is not already complete, how could she have committed herself to delivering us the data lock by the end of May?

Furthermore, the above quote suggests that even if the pandemic had not existed and all the information had been gathered from the various hospitals before the ASM, data lock could not have yet been announced because the SAP was not yet done.

If that were really true, than we would have no assurance that NWBO will initiate data lock by let's say August, because the SAP may not even be done by then.
